Senior growth leadership
for businesses that sell the exceptional.
Most prestige businesses don't need another agency. They need someone who has operated at the centre of high-ticket markets, knows how HNW buyers actually behave, and has the track record to prove it.
I work with a small number of businesses at a time — so the thinking and execution is mine, not a junior team's.
About
Started in product. Ended up in growth.
The technical grounding changed how I see every marketing problem.
I'm Paul Armstrong — a growth marketing leader and revenue architect with over 25 years building and scaling businesses across ecommerce, luxury, automotive, and digital marketplaces. I started as a Product Manager at Motorola, delivering complex global programmes and building cross-functional teams across EMEA and APAC. That foundation — systems thinking, structured problem solving, delivering change — informs everything I do in growth. I've since held senior roles at Car & Classic, Supercar Blondie / SBX Cars, SLSHOP, and Rokit London, and founded my own business along the way. I work with a small number of clients at a time — the work is mine, not a junior team's.
Disciplines
The problem
Most prestige businesses are further from their revenue ceiling than they think.
The gap is usually in the same three places.
Leads that were never properly worked. Traffic that arrives but doesn't convert. And an audience — sometimes millions of people — where the serious buyers have never been identified or approached differently from everyone else.
Beyond consultancy
I also build tools that
automate the work.
Strategy only goes so far. Where the same problem occurs repeatedly across businesses, I build AI-powered tools that systematise the solution — so it runs in the background without manual effort.
